Challenges: Small through the rear portion. I usually wear a 34 comfortably, but when I got that size in this suit, I had to send it back for a 36. The 36 is doable but still pretty tight. I'm 5'4" and 120. Good suit otherwise.

We ordered this suit as our team suit for the season. The suit runs VERY small. I have been wearing Speedo suits for 30 years and have always known what size to order without having to try it on. I ordered the suit for myself because I liked it so much. I ordered a 34, and it fits more like a size 30.

Beautiful, but runs small, January 16, 2012 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Speedo Women's Mighty Python Xtra Life Lycra Flyback Performance Swimsuit (Apparel) This swimsuit is beautiful. Vibrant colors, and it feels like very durable fabric.
But it runs very small. I have other Speedos in size 38, and so I ordered this one in a 38. It was so tight I could barely put it on, and even though I'm only 5'3', the shoulder straps were digging in as if I were too tall for it.
But Amazon did an exchange with no problem, and the next size up fits just fine--a bit tight, but that's how they're supposed to be.
The leg openings are not as high as I feared, just a little higher than what I consider a "normal" suit.
